  • The type and price of the loot bag that you would like to order
  • The number of loot bags you wish to order
  • The date you require your loot bags
  • Your contact information including phone number.
  • No minimum quantities are required for your orders.

Pricing and Payment Options

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes. We accept VISA, Mastercard through PayPal.

Assembly and Delivery Times

Local and delivery within Canada available.

Rush orders are accepted. Additional fees may apply.

Replacements

When necessary, replacements will be made at an equal or greater value than the original item.

Returns

We will only accept returns within 30 days of the pick–up or delivery date. All items must be in their original packaging (unless return is due to a defective item) and accompanied by the original invoice. Any shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Due to the custom packaging of our loot bags a $0.50 re-stocking fee per bag applies to all returns.

Any personal information that we collect including names, addresses, contact numbers, email addresses and payment information is strictly used to process orders. We promise to not share this information with any other party.
